What I Offer

Whether you need a skilled multi-instrumentalist to lay down tracks or a professional set of ears to shape your final mix, I can plug into your project remotely and deliver results that sound like they came out of a serious studio...because they did.

🥁

Session Recording

Send me your project files, demos, charts, or reference tracks and I'll import everything into my studio and record professional-quality parts to your specifications. Every track goes through high-end preamps, carefully selected microphones, and a treated recording environment.

Available instruments: Drumset, classical percussion, acoustic guitar, electric guitar, bass, keyboards/synths, lap steel, mandolin, or any combination across multiple parts.

I work from whatever you have — a rough demo, a chord chart, a reference playlist, or just a creative direction. The goal is to serve the song and your vision.

Mixing & Mastering

Send me your multi-track recordings and I'll deliver a polished, balanced mix that translates across all playback media. Whether you're starting from a rough mix that needs a professional pass or sending raw stems that need everything built from scratch, I bring professional ears and outboard hardware processing to every project.

I work across all genres and production styles, from intimate acoustic recordings to full rock and pop productions. Every mix is accompanied by revision rounds until the result is right.

All services are fully remote: You upload your files, I do the work, and I deliver high-resolution audio files ready for release or further production. Contact me for pricing.

How It Works

A simple, collaborative process designed to keep your project moving.

1

Send Your Tracks

Upload your stems, rough mixes, demos, or reference material to a shared folder. Include any notes on the sound you're going for: Genre references, arrangement ideas, whatever helps paint the picture.

2

We Talk It Through

We connect via Zoom or phone to discuss your vision, the vibe of the track, specific instrument choices, and timeline. This conversation is where we align before any recording or mixing begins.

3

I Get to Work

I record parts and/or mix your project in my studio. For session work, I send you rough checks before committing to final takes. For mixing, I send check mixes along the way so you're never in the dark about where the track is heading.

4

You Get the Final Product

Final deliverables are high-resolution audio files: Recorded stems, a stereo mix, a completed master, or all of the above — ready for release, distribution, or continued production on your end.

Hear the Work

A few examples spanning session recording, tracking, and full production across different genres and project types.

Session Recording & Mix

Hardcore Punk Track

Jake designed and performed the end-to-end drum part, tracked it through the studio, and mixed the final track. A high-energy genre performance paired with a punchy, controlled mix.

Live Recording & Production

Jazz Audition Recording

A vintage-style all-in-one-room recording capturing acoustic drums, tenor saxophone, and keyboard simultaneously. Jake served as mix engineer and producer for two high school musicians preparing a college audition tape. Both students went on to receive scholarships.

Full Production

Blues Cover

Jake played every part on this classic blues cover — vocals, guitar, drums, Rhodes, and organ — and took the project through the entire production process from tracking to final mix. A showcase of what's possible when session work and mixing come together under one roof.
